S&B is seeking a Manager of Development Operations to lead the development team and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating personnel, resources, and processes necessary to deliver new software solutions or upgrade existing products. Accountable for end-to-end secure delivery across a hybrid enterprise environment, spanning legacy systems and modern cloud platforms, with a strong focus on advancing cloud-native and containerized application patterns. Plays a key role in the organization’s technology modernization efforts, helping evolve existing systems and practices toward scalable, secure, automated, and cloud-aligned architectures. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture in a team of developers. Must have 6 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.

Basic mathematical and algebraic equations required.

Occasionally, will conduct or participate in a field trip to operating plants, construction sites or other office complexes. This requires the ability to stand, walk, clear close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
