OVERVIEW

S&B is currently searching for a Senior Project Sceduler teammate engaged in scheduling for large, complex EPC projects or alliance programs. Acts as the subject matter expert in project planning, schedule analysis, and integration, providing guidance to the project team and management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Plans, schedules, coordinates and oversees the work of all Project Controls personnel.

 

EDUCATION

 

Normally requires a four-year technical degree.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 12 years of EPC, alliance or construction project scheduling experience with complex projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and scheduling analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of integrated master schedules, resource planning, and project control processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with schedule risk analysis, earned value management, and large-scale EPC project reporting.
  • Expert level proficiency in AWP construction installation packaging work process.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and management of the integrated project schedule.
  • Facilitate interactive planning sessions
  • Perform advanced schedule analysis, including risk assessment, critical path optimization, and scenario modeling.
  • Interface with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule integrity.
  • Produce executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to schedulers across the project.
  • Support project planning, resource management, and change control processes.
  • Contribute to company-wide project scheduling standards, processes, and best practices.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and write in the English language.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Basic mathematical skills required.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

May require occasional field trips or assignments to plants. This requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and balance. It also requires clear, close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Most work is conducted in a professinal business setting. Occasional field trips or assignments to the field will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, working near moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals and airborne particles
